The aim of the curriculum is that the student acquires competencies that enable him or her to work as a skilled employee in a company operating in the field of Real Estate Maintenance and obtains prerequisites for continuing studies and lifelong learning.
Studies are considered completed when the curriculum has been studied in full and the student has acquired the learning outcomes of the curriculum. The achievement of learning outcomes is assessed by a vocational examination, which can also be taken in parts. In case of failing the vocational examination, the student has the right to pass a specialized final examination to graduate in accordance with the school’s adopted procedures.
